WEBSITE REQUESTS & PRIVACY
Your details.
Used for your request.
The website sample and enquiry forms collect your name, email address, country or region, company details if provided, customer type, selected product references and project message. Nature Wallcovering uses these details to review and respond to your request, and to discuss samples or project arrangements with you.
How requests are handled
Requests are stored in the website administration area and sent to the company’s enquiry email address. Please do not include sensitive information, payment details or confidential design files in the general enquiry form.
Retention & contact
The website is configured to move form submissions older than 180 days to the WordPress trash. Email correspondence and later business records may be retained separately as needed for the ongoing request. To ask about your submitted details or request correction or deletion, contact luyangmin@zhongxingwallcovering.cn.
Your sample list
The sample list is stored in this browser’s local storage. It is sent with the enquiry form when you submit a request. You can remove products from the list or clear your browser storage.
